I am a working artist with a studio on the Isle of Skye .Since moving to Skye , my enviromrnt has changed and the impact of the mountains have given me an added inspiration . I use re-cycled materials  and found objects in my work .I have been involved in an art project in schools and run workshops for children from time to time  .I am passionate about texture and atmosphere and  bring these two influences  into my paintings. I have  three awards from Scottish institutions : Visual Arts Scotland , Scottish Society of Art,  and The Meffan Gallery .
